Charles Rogers Obituary

Mr. Charles Rogers, age 81, of Chatsworth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 24, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Rogers: son, Jessie Rogers: parents, Alton and Chassie Rogers: brothers, Ed Rogers and Jarvis Rogers: sisters. Ellie Rhudy and Reba Earley.

Mr. Rogers is survived by his children and spouses, Darrell Rogers of Ringgold, Kimberly and Dennis Patterson of Chatsworth: grandchildren, Jerry Norris Keshia Patterson Jordan Patterson all of Chatsworth and Jessical Giles of Charleston, SC: great-grandchild, Kaylee Norris. Several stepdaughters, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Rogers will be Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 4 PM, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev Farrell Rogers officiating. Interment will be in Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 until 4 PM.
