Breana Nicole Cockburn, age 22, gained her angel wings on May 31, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her adopted parents, Jimmy and Tammy Cockburn; grandparents, John and Geneva Cockburn, Keith and Alice Wiggins; aunt, Brenda Pritchett; and great-grandmother, Ruth Witherow.
She is survived by her biological parents, Preston Nichols and Amanda Patterson; brothers, Tristen Cockburn (Jessica Landrum), Kayden Nichols; sisters, Alyssa Cockburn, Taylor Patterson; grandparents, Michelle Payne, Junior Nichols,and Mike Pankey; her beloved Fur babies, Tank and Tuxedo. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of Breana Cockburn will be 2 pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Guffey officiating. The interment will be in the Little Conasauga Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on June 4, 2025. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
