Billy Fredrick Spivey Obituary
Billy Fredrick Spivey, age 66, of Chatsworth, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 8, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.
He is preceded in death by his parent, O.D. and Joyce Spivey; siblings, Hoyt Manis, Lola Marshall, Genivee Parrish, Donnie Manis, Vivian Corn, Steve Spivey, Thurman “Plug” Spivey and Lamar “Bimbo” Spivey.
He is survived by his loving wife. Sabina Spivey of Chatsworth; daughter, April Spivey of Chatsworth, Carmen and Rene Gonzales of Pharr Tx, Susana and Josh Smith of Dalton, and Laura and Israel Garcia Sr. of Chatsworth; 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of Billy Spivey will be at 11 am Friday, January 12, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Bishop Claude Jones officiating. The interment will be in Murray Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm.
