Betty Jo (Bryant) Gowan Obituary
Mrs. Betty Jo Gowan, age 92 of Crandall, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Gowan; her parents, Eldon Thomas and Syble Bryant, and lots of friends.
She is survived by her children and spouse, James "Eddie" and Jackie Gowan of Chatsworth, Ronald Thomas and Aleta Gowan of Chattanooga TN, and Mike and Sheila Gown of Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren: Craig Allen Gowan, Kevin Gowan, Ami Gowan, Joshua Gowan, and Jessica Raymond; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Charlene Corbin and Peggy and Woody Hilliard: Several nieces and nephew also survive.
A private family burial will be at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Ringgold on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
