He is survived by Chad and April Wade of Chatsworth, Autumn and Keith Mallett of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Adian, Harley, and Blaze Wade, Jenna, Keira, and Archer Mallett of Chatsworth; sister, Anne Wade of Chatsworth; nephew, Roland Wade of Chatsworth; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends also survive.
