Anzley Mariah Hubbard age 16, of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020.

Anzley was preceded in death by her grandfather: Ray Martin, grandmother: Nancy Beavers, aunt: Kathy Parks. Survivors include her mother: Nancy Virginia Martin of Dalton, father: Jeremy Hubbard of Acworth. brothers: Christian Fabrizi of Marietta, Christopher Derrick Wiley, Gavin Alexander Wiley, all of Chatsworth and Mikah Orion Hubbard of Acworth, grandparents: Marsha Gail Hoff, and Russell Hoff of Acworth, aunts: Jackie Bennett of Chatsworth, Stella Beavers of Chatsworth, Lynn Harris of Cullman Al, Shasta Lowery of Adairsville, uncle: Scott Hamlin of Chatsworth, Jay Parks of Ellijay cousin: Gabby Hoff of Adairsville.

Funeral service for Anzley will be Saturday, January 18, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Michael Dean Sr. officiating. Interment will be in Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 17, 2020, from 5 PM to 9 PM.
