Shirley Spivey Obituary

Mrs. Shirley Ann (Whitehead) Spivey, age 68 of Chatsworth, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 at Murray Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her spouse: Alvin Spivey, parents:Thurman and Helen Ruth (Hodge) Whitehead, and grandaughter: Stacey Nicole Harvey.

Survivors include her sons and daughter in law: Tim and Linda Harvey of Cohutta and David Lawson of Chatsworth, sister: Caffie Jenkins of Tunnel Hill, brother and sister in law: Robert and Martha Whitehead of Resaca, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Spivey will be cremated and services will be held at a later time.
