Shelia Butrum Obituary

Mrs. Shelia Ann Hancock Butrum, age 62, of Chatsworth, passed away March 16, 2019, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Otis "Buddy" Butrum, parents: James and Bessie Hancock, grandson: Luke Carnes, brothers: John, Joe, and Jerome Daniel Hancock, and Michael Butrum.

Survivors include: daughter and son in law: Crystal and Brandon Stanley of Chatsworth, son: Jason Butrum of Chatsworth, brothers Ronnie Hancock, James Hancock III and Oneita of Fitzgerald, sisters: Becky and Royce Powell of Fitzgerald, Jean Hancock of Fitzgerald, Sonya Sexton and Marietta Hall of Dalton, grandchildren: Blake Carnes, Madison and Gavyn Stanely, Paisley Simmons, Austin and Hunter Carnes. Mother in law, Billie Butrum. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Butrum will be Monday, March 18, 2019, at 4 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev.Billy Willis officiating. Interment will be in Zion Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1 PM until the funeral hour.
