Roy Sitton Obituary

Mr. Roy Sitton, age 89 of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter: Juanita Sitton Bearden, a son: Tony Sitton and great-grandson: Jayden Sitton.

He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years: Jeanette Sitton, children and spouses: Benny Sitton, Lloyd and Deborah Sitton, Bradley and Betty Sitton all of Chatsworth. son in law: Charles Bearden of Chatsworth, grandchildren and spouses; Kevin and Kellie Sitton, Teah Sitton, Chris and Melissa Bearden, Scott and Paula Bearden, Eric and Sandra Sitton, Shaun and Danica Sitton, Breann and Jordan Dooley, Salina and Billy Weaver, Dewayne Sitton, Jason and Tasha Sitton, and Amber and Ron Heary, 22 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, three sisters in law: Jeanette Sitton, Thelma Sitton and Shirley Russell all of Chatsworth. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Special thanks to Amedisys Home Health and Hospice.

Funeral Services will be Sunday, 2 pm at Holly Creek Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday 4 till 8 pm.
