Pamela Lewis, age 64, of Chatsworth, passed June 3, 2019, in Fort Oglethorpe Ga.

She was preceded in death by her husband; William David Lewis, parents; Elmer and Mercedes Sisson, Son; David Berry Lewis, Daughter; Robyn Ashley Chapman, Sister; Glenda Whitener, and special friend Benny Chapman.

She is survived by Sons; Marshall Lewis, and Avery Tucker sisters Shirley Noland, and Cynthia Cervenka, grandchildren; David Logan Lewis, Blair Lewis, Aja Whitmore, great-grandchildren; Styker, and Quinnley Lewis, special friend Mike Keeter, nieces and nephews also survive.

She will be cremated and no service at this time.
