Nancy Anita Kinser, age 79, formerly of Dalton, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, May 1, 2019, at Parkridge East Hospital in East Ridge, TN.
Nancy was born on July 5, 1939, in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry L. Kinser of Chatsworth, parents: Joseph and Louise Turner and sister: Susan Randle all of Memphis.
Nancy taught school in the Murray County School System for 30 years and was a faithful and dedicated member of the Lighthouse Worship Center in Dayton.
Survivors include sisters-in-law: Clara Wood of Ellijay, Sharlene Stephens and Gwendolyn Baldwin both of Albany and Ann F. Kinser of Anderson, SC. brother-in-law Buddy Randle of Memphis, niece, and nephew: Suzanne and Stephen Randle of California and other nieces and nephews, godchildren: Adam Ingle and Christie Ingle Rainey of Chatsworth.
Visitation will be Friday from 12 noon until the funeral hour at 2 PM in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev Mike and Linda King officiating. Interment will be in the Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellijay.
