Kolby Trentham

Mr. Kolby Trentham, age 28, of Dalton passed away Monday, July 8, 2019, at his residence. Kolby was a loving dedicated father. A big-hearted kind soul with not a bad word to say to anyone.

He is preceded in death by great-grandfather: Albert Lance, great-grandmother: Joann Oxford, grandfather: Stephen Neil Trentham, nephew: Keyson Ellias Phillips, Great grandparents: James and Deloris Petty, Harland and Betty Stinson, Neil and Mildred Trentham, Grady and Ethel Key.

He is survived by his beloved son: Jayden-Kale Stephen Trentham of Chattanooga TN; mother: Teiya Eubanks of Dalton; father and stepmother: Brad and Tiffany Petty of Dalton, sister and brother in law: Hagan and Adrian Torres of Johnson City TN; sister: Ryleigh Claire Petty of Dalton, grandparents: Mona Trentham of Dalton,  Allen Petty of KY, Peggy Stinson of Dalton, John and Linda Oxford of Dalton; great-grandmother: Bonnie Lance, special aunt: Tiana Trentham of Ringgold, uncles and aunts: Chris Petty of Dalton, Lacee and Brent McArthur of Dalton, and Nicole and Stephen Harmon Cartersville,.Many other cousins and loved ones also survive.

Memorial service for Mr. Trentham will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. His cousin Pastor Eric Jenkins will officiate. The family will receive friends at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 11, 2019, until the service hour.

Honorary pallbearers are Chris Ott, Braden Smith, Coleman Jenkins, Chase Jenkins, Hunter Jenkins, Heath Jenkins, Ashlyn Schlicht, and John Schlicht
