Mr. Frank Curtis, age 80 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at Erlanger Health Systems in Chattanooga.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Hazel Curtis, sister: Flossie George.
He is Survived by his wife of 63 years, Shelby Jean Curtis. children and spouses: William Curtis, Wanda and Shawn Cox, Geraldine and Ike Magg, Bonnie and David Sayer, all of Ohio, Beverly Curtis of Rome, Donald Curtis of Chatsworth, Brian and Rhonda Curtis of Pigeon Forge. Many grand children and great grand children also survive.
Funeral Service for Mr. Curtis will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Ryan Bailey and Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Murray Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 am to 2 pm at the funeral home.
