Etta Tankersley Obituary
Mrs. Etta Sue Tankersley age 71 of Chatsworth passed away August 11, 2018.
She was retired from Shaw Industries after 30 years of service and attended Lakeview Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, James Floyd and Celia Cleo Tankersley.
Survivors include her children Pamela Daniels of Chatsworth and James Ronald Brown of Eton. Grandchildren, Justin Alan Stone of Chatsworth, Joshua Michael and Hannah Stone, Steven Andrew and Stephanie Stone all of Tunnel Hill, Caleb Stone of Chatsworth. Several Great Grandchildren.
Sisters, Ethelle Tankersley of Beverly Hills, FL, Wanda Thurman of Chatsworth, Geraldine Petkus of Ellijay, Brothers, James Green and Jesse Willard Tankersley both of Chatsworth.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be Monday at 3 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Pierce officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday 5 till 9 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations for final expenses.
