Mr. Donnie Ray Charles, age 54, of Resaca, passed away on Friday 17, 2019

He is preceded in death by his daddy: H. D. Hayes, grandparents: Mitchell and Sarah Hooker, Ellison and Esther Hayes, Valton and Ethel Charles, sister: Marilyn Sue Hayes, nephew: Briley Gage Baggett,

He is survived by mother: Lou Ella Hayes of Resaca, father: Raymond Donald Charles of Calhoun, estranged wife: Linda Charles of Chatsworth, sisters: Angie Patterson of Chatsworth, Chrystal Cloer of Resaca, Sheila Ellis of Chattanooga, and Tammy Pierce of Dalton. Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survived.

Funeral service for Donnie will be on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman with Rev. Issac Johns officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 until 9 at the funeral home.
