Carlton Ray Lemmons

Mr. Carlton Ray Lemmons was born on October 1, 1956, in Gridley, California.  He was preceded in death by his brother: Darrell Lemmons of Washington.

Mr. Lemmons departed this life on April 29th, 2019.  Carlton was survived by his caregiver and her spouse for whom he considered his family: Janice and Rowdy Stephens of Chatsworth. He was also survived by nieces and nephews: Mandy and Mark Priest, Misty and Matt Mitchell of Chatsworth, Heather and Joseph Graham of Ranger, great nieces and nephews: Hannah and Torrey Harod of Chatsworth, Desharra and Michael Bennett, Felicia and Zach Taylor, Chris and Keisha Welch of Chatsworth, Katlin and Austin Foubert of Resaca, Dawson and Devin Stephens of Dalton, Skyyann Welch and Romeo Graham of Ranger, great-great nieces and nephews: Cheston Ashlock, Coleman Reeves and Jackson Taylor of Chatsworth, Chazlynn and Porter Foubert of Resaca.

Carlton was known and loved by many, just to name a few of his extended family and very special friends: Linda Fowler, Austin and Tony Sexton, Darrell and Debbie Jones. Brenda and Daniel Rhodes of Dalton, David Tackett of Resaca, Wesley Deal of Plainville, Casey Ashlock, Cindy and Mitchell Smith of Chatsworth, Raymond Evans and Myrtle Sluder of Reliance, TN., and many more who also survive. Funeral services will be Sunday, May 5, 2019, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Black, Sr.r officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday 5 till 9 pm.
