Betty Shoopman Obituary

Betty Jean Shoopman age 75 passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Shoopman, parents; Isaac and Barbara Reed, and two sisters; Doris Reed and Thelma Slaven.

Survivors include her children and spouses: Wayne and Tracy Morgan of Scott Co. TN., Gary Morgan of Dalton, James Morgan of Scott Co. TN., Shanae Morgan of Lafayette and Brian Shoopman of Dalton, eleven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A sister: Ruby Davis of Scott Co., TN., and a brother; Ed Reed of Harriman, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be Thursday at 3 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 pm Thursday until the funeral at 3 pm.
