Miss Shayla Velasquez age 5 of Dalton passed away Sunday June 19, 2016 at the Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Atlanta. Visitation will be Monday June 20, 2016 at the Aposento Alto Church in Spring Place begining at 3 pm. Services to celebrate the life of little Shayla Velasquez will be Tuesday June 21, 2016 from 1 until 3 pm from the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. Internment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery.
