Mr. Rodger Lee Davis, age 60, of Chatsworth passed away on May 16 at his residence.
He is preceded in death by his father Ronnie T. Davis.
Mr. Davis is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Betty Sue Davis, children and spouses: Shannon & Bobby Lunsford , Laura & Steven Harry, Amy & Scott Pittman,all of Chatsworth and Christopher & Becky Davis of Decatur, TN. mother: Nancy Davis, grandchildren: John and Tyler Lunsford, BreAnna Hooper, Zachary, Joseph and Kendra Harry, Hunter, Alexis, BreAnn and Paige Pittman, Hayden and Leah Davis,and one great grandchild Ella Grace Hooper. He is also survived by Brothers and sisters in law: Terry & Darlene Davis of Newnan, Kevin & Pam Davis of Chatsworth, sisters and brothers in law: Tammy & Jerry Sneed of Dalton, Claressa & Lonnie Dodson of Chatsworth , several aunts, uncles , cousins, nieces,nephews, friends and co-workers.
Funeral service for Mr. Davis will be Tuesday, May 19, at 4 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Cochran officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday after 3:30. Interment will be in Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
