Leon Francis East

Mr. Leon Francis East age 62 of Dalton, Ga. passed away Monday May 16, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceeded in death by his Father, Francis East, Mother, Lola East, Brother, Robert (Bobby) East, Sister, Ellen Bennett, Brothers in law, Tommy Kirby and Frank Hayes.

He is survived by his wife Katheryn (Doney) East, of the residence, Step Children and spouses, Jeff and Tammy Miles, Anthony and Pam Miles, and Marvin Boring all of Chatsworth.

Grandchildren and spouses,  Tricia and Josh Tussing, David and Kristen Miles,Andrew Miles, Bridget Boring, Todd Miles, Nicholas Boring, and  Dahlia Arriasola, Brother and sister in law, John and Charlotte East, Sisters, Faye Kirby and Linda Hayes, Brother in law, Jerry Bennett, sister in law, Alice East and several nieces and nephews also survive.

 Services will be Tuesday 4 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with John East and Gene Rymer officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 11 am till the funeral hour at 4.
