Mr. John Chambers, age 41 of Chatsworth passed away Sunday April 19, 2015 at the Hamilton Medical Center.
He ws preceded in death by his parents Kermit Wayne and Karen Chambers, grand parents, Kermit and Loriene Chambers and Woodrow Wilson.
Survivors include his brother, Heath Defore of Resaca,Aunts and Uncles Winston and Cindy Chambers of Chatsworth,Joseph Anthony and Karen Chambers of Ringgold, grandmother, Margaret Wilson of Resaca and his girlfriend Nannie Minor of Chatsworth. Several nieces, nephews.
Memorial services will be Friday a 6 pm from the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home.
