Mr. James E. Holcomb age 89 of Dalton passed away Saturday April 1, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his Spouses, Louise Holcomb and Juanita Holcomb, and a daughter Susan Pillick.
Survivors include his spouse Onetia Holcomb of the residence.
Children and spouses, Tim and Patricia Holcomb of Ocoee, TN, Rick and Gwen Holcomb of Ellijay. Step son, Billy Carroll of Cisco, GA.
Grandchildren, Tim Holcomb of Ocoee, TN, Michelle Picheo of Orlando, FL, and Abrey Holcomb of Ellijay. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday 11 am from the Welch Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Carnes officiating. Interment will follow in the Dogwood Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Holcomb will lie in state 1 hour prior the funeral service at the church. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 4 till 8 pm.
