Donald Williams

Mr. Donald Russell "Don" Williams, age 82, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Quinton Memorial.

Don was born to the late Rev. W.L. and Jewel Morgan Williams. He was a builder by trade but also loved working on the family farm.

He is lovingly remembered by his children and their spouses: Steve and Debbie Williams, Greg and Janice Williams, Lisa and Gary Brock and Todd and Carlene Williams and also the mother of their children, Delores Tidwell, all of Dalton, grandchildren and spouses: Sandy and Donny Anderson of North Bend, WA., Stefanie and Scott Smith of Acworth, Lauren and Tim Taunton of Susan Moore, AL., Carrie and Corey Wilbanks of Dallas, Logan and Ashley Brock of Kennesaw, Christopher Williams of Ringgold, Austin Williams of Kennesaw, Jordan and Megan Williams of Tunnel Hill, Tiffany and Lewis Rogers of Chatsworth, and Ashley and Chris Duet of Dallas,  great grandchildren: Evelyn and Clarabel Keenliside, Cody and Lily Taunton, Colin and Carson Wilbanks, Haiden and Sophie Williams, Kaden and Deven Rogers.
He is also survived by brother and sisters in law, Sherry and Sandra Williams of Tunnel Hill, Missy Williams of Fayetville, TN., and LaAuna Williams of Dalton along with many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. W.L. and Jewel Williams, sister and brother in law, Barbara and Kenneth Holcomb and brothers: Bill and Tommy Williams.

A Memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2 PM. in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Hare officiating..  The family invites all relatives and friends to join them for visitation from 12 until 2PM on Saturday
