Mr. Charles Dill age 71 of Dalton passed away Wednesday July 1, 2015 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Cox Cooper and father Oliver Dill.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Dill of the residence. Daughters and sons in law, Cheryl and Roger Caylor of Adairsville, DeLonda and Roger Tippens , Michelle and Ronnie Thomason, Sandy Brock and Mark Seagroves all of Dalton. Grandchildren, Dewayne Fisher of Varnell, Cristin Huggins of Chatsworth, Scarlett Hales of Resaca, Robbie Thomason of Mobile, AL, Joshua Tippens of Dalton, Jeremy Tippens of Adairsville. Ryan Thomason, Taylin Blackwell and Ty Blackwell all of Dalton. Several Great Grandchildren, Brothers, Sisters Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be Saturday July 4, 2015 at 12 noon at Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald Guffy, Rev. Toby Chastain and Rev. Robert Beavers officiating.
Interment will follow in the Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will recieve friends at the funeral home Friday 5 till 9 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Ross Woods Adult Services, 1402 Walston Ave., Dalton GA 30720.
