Mrs. Betty "Joy" Brewer, age 52, of Crandall passed away on May 09, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN..
She is preceded in death by her parents: Ralph & Elizabeth Henson, and a son: Michael Scott Brewer.
Mrs. Brewer is survived by her husband of 34 years: George Brewer, Jr., children and spouses: Tameka Crider and Jonathan Forester of Chatsworth, Dwight & Michele Crider of Chatsworth, Joshua Brewer & Tiffany Walker of Varnell, George Brewer III & Kyrie Bell of Dalton, George Anthony & Sonya Brewer of Rocky Face, Renee & Timmy Mathis of Rocky Face, 16 grandchildren, one great grandchild, sister and brother in law: Wanda & Jackie Hensley of Chatsworth, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service for Mrs. Brewer will be held on Thursday at 4 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev Randy Deal officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday beginning at 12 PM until the funeral hour.
